苓甘五味姜辛汤联合三子养亲汤治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨苓甘五味姜辛汤联合三子养亲汤治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征(ACOS)的临床疗效。方法:2016年1月-2018年12月收治ACOS患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组采取常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予苓甘五味姜辛汤联合三子养亲汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组临床总有效率、1 s用力呼气量(FEV1)、1 s用力呼气容积占肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC%)水平均高于对照组,哮喘症状评分(ACT)、慢阻肺症状评分(CAT)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苓甘五味姜辛汤联合三子养亲汤治疗ACOS效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the treatment of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome(ACOS).Methods:From January 2016 to December 2018,80 patients with ACOS were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The treatment group was treated with Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the level of one second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and one second forced expiratory volume as a percentage of vital capacity(FEV1/FVC%)in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the treatment of ACOS is better.
