摘　　要：文章介绍名老中医吴清明教授采用针刺药物结合分型论治面瘫的经验。吴教授在中医辨证论治思想指导下,通过多年临床经验,结合患者病史、症状及舌脉象,总结运用小续命汤合牵正散加减配合针刺治疗风寒型面瘫,运用补阳还五汤合牵正散加减配合针刺治疗正气亏虚型面瘫。风寒型面瘫以外邪侵犯、邪盛为主,治以祛除风寒之邪,兼以补益阳气;正气亏虚型面瘫以气血不足,正气亏虚为主,治以扶正益气为重,兼以祛瘀。两者均取得显著疗效。To introduce the famous veteran doctors of TCM professor Wu Qingming's experience of acupuncture drugs combined with classification theory in the treatment of facial paralysis.Under the guidance of dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,Professor Wu summed up modified Xiaoxuming decoction and Qianzheng san with acupuncture in the treatment of wind-cold facial paralysis by combining with patient's history,symptoms and tongue pulse image through many years of clinical experience.Using modified Buyang Huanwu decoction and Qianzheng san with acupuncture to treat facial paralysis with deficiency of qi.The former are mainly evil invasion and evil prosperity and the rule is to eliminate the evil of wind and cold and to supplement yang qi.The latter is mainly due to insufficiency of vital energy and blood,deficiency of qi,the treatment method is replenishing qi and strengthening qi and removing blood stasis.Both methods have remarkable clinical results.
