摘  要:针对目前火工品加速贮存试验中未考虑振动损伤影响的现状,文章研究了典型火工品贮存运输加速试验方法,分析了振动应力对火工品贮存的影响。模拟火工品实际运输状态,设计火工品运输试验、测试火工品运输过程中的力学环境;确定运输载荷谱、加速运输载荷谱的方法和过程;建立典型火工品贮存运输加速试验方法。研究了爆炸螺栓相同温度和湿度、不同运输贮存条件下的贮存可靠性,在较短运输里程时,贮存可靠性没有明显影响;当运输达到一定里程时,贮存可靠性明显下降。Aiming at the present situation that vibration damage is not considered in the accelerated storage test of initiating explosive devices, an accelerated test method of typical initiating explosive devices was studied, and the influence of vibration stress on the storage of initiating explosive devices was analyzed. To simulate the actual transport state of initiating explosive devices, the transportation test of initiating explosive devices was designed, and the mechanical environment during the transportation of initiating explosive devices was tested. The method and process of transport load spectrum and accelerated transport load spectrum were determined, and an accelerated test method of typical initiating explosive devices was established. The storage reliabilities of explosive bolts under the same temperature and humidity and different transportation conditions were studied. The storage reliability has no obvious influence on the shorter transportation mileage, and the storage reliability decreases obviously when the transportation reaches a certain mileage.
