摘 要:描述了阴极电泳涂装前处理纯水漂洗工位细菌治理过程,通过对杀菌剂的筛选试验,最终确定了以0.03%的KATHON®886 MW或立邦杀菌剂A作为在线杀菌剂,1%的双氧水或84消毒液作为停线用杀菌剂。对大批量自动化生产的正确杀菌方法进行了在线试验,建立了在线杀菌与停线循环杀菌联合的现场应急处置方案,有效控制了细菌对空调压缩机电泳涂装自动线生产的严重影响。从菌源和细菌生存环境2个方面展开生菌原因分析,通过对纯水制备系统进行杀菌及改进前处理化成剂的配方,使细菌快速繁殖现象得到有效控制,电泳产线稳定,确保了漆膜品质。The countermeasures against the growth of bacteria in the purified water rinsing tank prior to cathodic electrophoretic coating were described.Through screening tests on bactericides,KATHON®886 MW or Nippon Fungicide A with a dosage of 0.03%was determined for online sterilization,while hydrogen peroxide or 84 disinfectant with a dosage of 1%for sterilization when the production line stopped running.Some correct sterilization methods were tested in a running large-scale automatic production line.An on-site emergency disposal scheme in combination of online sterilization and line-stop circulating sterilization was established,which could effectively control the serious impact of bacteria on the automatic electrophoretic coating for the production of air-conditioning compressor.The causes of bacterial growth were analyzed from two aspects:the source of bacteria and their living environment.The rapid proliferation of bacteria was controlled effectively by taking two measures i.e.sterilization of the water purification system and improvement of the phosphating agent,stabilizing the electrophoresis production line and ensuring the quality of coatings.
