摘  要:对比分析了不同材质的单一、复合型焦炉炉门砖耐火材料性能,介绍了炉门浇筑工艺、炉门砖涂釉技术以及炉门砖结构优化新技术。从炉门砖耐火材料性能、结构、浇筑工艺等方面展望了焦炉炉门砖的发展趋势,焦炉炉门砖将向着保温效果好、耐侵蚀、大型整体化、密封环保等方向发展。The properties of refractory materials for building unitary coke oven door bricks or complex-type coke oven door bricks were analyzed based on comparison.Technologies such as technology of casting an oven door,process of glazing oven door bricks and new technology of optimizing the structure of oven door bricks were introduced.The development trend of oven door bricks in terms of the properties,structure and casting technologies of refractory materials for building oven door bricks,structure and casting technology of oven door brick was forecast.It was proposed that the refractory materials for building oven door bricks would be developed towards good insulation effect,erosion resistance,large-scale integration,good sealing and environmental protection.
