摘  要:为了解决RH真空度故障难查找且查找时间长的问题,鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂研究了快速高效的查找方法,即优先检查关键参数点和优先排查频发故障点后,按顺序依次对介质部分、蒸汽喷射泵、蒸汽调节阀等进行查找,结果真空度小于2 Mbar的时间由原来平均每罐10.5 min降至7.5 min,年创效485.51万元。In order to solve the problem that it was difficult to hunt faults in vacuum degree of RH,the method for hunting faults rapidly and efficiently were studied in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd..The method is characterized by checking the medium used by RH,steam-driven jet pump and steam control valve and so on one by one according to priority after preferentially checking key parameter points and examining the points where faults frequently occurred.By this method the time for vacuum degree less than 2 Mbar was reduced to 7.5 minutes per ladle from 10.5 minutes per ladle and thus the annual economic benefits were as much as 4.8551 million yuan RMB.
