摘  要:为了解决高钛铁水对炼钢脱硫扒渣铁损和转炉炉内回硫量的影响问题,鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司研制了一种改性剂用于铁水预处理,使用后,扒损降低了1.12 t/罐,回硫量降低了0.001 1%,可以实现超低硫钢种的冶炼。In order to solve the problem that the effect of hot metal with high titanium on iron loss during slag removal after desulphurization in steelmaking and resulfurization quantity in molten steel in converter,the modified agent was developed for hot metal pretreatment by Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd..After the agent was used the iron loss and resulfurization quantity were respectively reduced by 1.12 tone per tank and 0.0011%,and thus smelting the molten steel with ultra-low sulfur could be achieved.
