摘 要:为了提高倾斜发射平台的总体性能,提出了一种瞄准机构多因素耦合精度分析方法。针对倾斜发射平台的承载传力结构,并根据坐标变换原理,推导出瞄准角度计算模型,分析确定水平传感器、起竖回转传感器、结构变形、间隙等影响因素,计算瞄准机构综合精度。根据许用地面不平度,分析对发射横滚角的影响。使用水平传感器、起竖回转编码器精度数据,分析对瞄准精度的影响趋势。根据各影响因素的概率密度和精度范围,分析计算瞄准机构的综合误差及其对应的概率密度。研究结果表明通过建立瞄准机构精度分析模型,能够准确分析瞄准机构瞄准误差值,达到在方案设计阶段精确评估瞄准精度的目的,进而指导整车结构设计及传感器选型,实现最优的总体方案。A multi-factor coupling precision analysis method of aiming mechanism was proposed for the purpose of improving the overall performance of inclined launch platform.Aiming at the bearing and transmitting structure of the inclined launch platform,based on the principle of coordinate transformation,the calculation model of aiming angle was deduced,with the influential factors such as horizontal sensor,vertical rotary sensor,structural deformation and clearance analyzed and determined,and with the comprehensive accuracy of aiming mechanism traversed and calculated.According to the allowable ground roughness,an analysis was carried out of the impact on the launching roll angle.Through the use of the precision data of horizontal sensor and vertical rotary encoder,an analysis was carried out of the influential trend of aiming precision.The synthetic error of the aiming mechanism and its corresponding probability density were analyzed and calculated according to the probability density and precision range of each influential factor.The resarch results show that the accuracy analysis model of the aiming mechanism can be used to accurately analyze the aiming error value of the aiming mechanism for the purpose of accurately evaluating the aiming accuracy in the scheme design stage,and then can be used to guide the whole vehicle structure design and sensor selection for the realization of the optimal overall scheme.
