摘  要:拦焦机是焦炉生产的重要设备,长期处于冷热交替工作环境中,拦焦设备一旦出现问题,将直接影响焦炭的正常生产。为了降低设备的维护成本,提高设备的稳定性和用户的满意度,调研焦化厂6m焦炉拦焦机的使用情况,了解到现用的拦焦机存在导焦栅衬板变形、上导轨下沉、导焦槽底衬板磨损严重及取门台车走行轮更换困难等问题。结合多年焦炉设备研究经验,研究制定了拦焦机改造设计方案,进行了详细的生产图样设计。生产结果表明,技术改造后,减少了设备的检修次数和维护时间,降低了设备维护成本。The coke guide was one of the important equipment in coke oven production,which worked in alternating of the hot and cold environment for a long time,once there was a problem with the coke guide,it directly affected the normal production of coke.In order to reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment,increase the stability of the equipment and the satisfaction of users,based on the investigation of the usage of the 6 meter coke oven's coke guide in the coking plant,it was known that the existing blocking machine had some problems such as the deformation of the lining plate of the guide grid,the sinking of the upper guide rail,the serious wear of the lining plate at the bottom of the guide groove,the difficulty in replacing the running wheel of the gantry car and so on.Combined with many years of research experience in the coke oven equipment,the transformation design scheme of coke arrestor was studied and formulated,and the detailed production drawing design was carried out.The production results showed that after the technical transformation,the maintenance times and maintenance time of the equipment were reduced,and the maintenance cost of the equipment was reduced.
