整形美容技术急诊修复颜面部皮肤软组织损伤的临床效果及睡眠质量效果

摘　　要：目的:观察对颜面部皮肤软组织受损患者应用整形美容技术急诊修复的效果及对患者睡眠质量影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月谷城县人民医院急诊科收治颜面部皮肤软组织受损患者160例作为研究对象,按照诊疗时间随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例,其中对照组患者接受常规临床修复手段治疗,观察组患者在常规修复基础上联合整形美容技术,比较2种治疗方案对于患者的修复效果和睡眠质量影响。结果:观察组患者修复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对修复效果的满意度评价,观察组满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后对患者应用PSQI量表对其睡眠质量进行检测,各项指标中观察组患者所得数据均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对颜面部皮肤软组织损伤患者在常规修复基础上联合整形美容技术,能够有效提升对患者的修复效果,让患者可更顺利的回归到家庭和社会生活中,保持良好的生命质量,值得推广。Objective:To observe the effect of emergency repair of facial skin and soft tissue damage patients with plastic cosmetic technology and the effect on sleep quality.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,160 patients with facial skin and soft tissue damage in emergency department of Gucheng County people′s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the time of diagnosis and treatment,80 cases in each group,among which the control group patients received routine clinical repair means treatment,the observation group patients combined with plastic surgery and beauty technology on the basis of routine repair,Compare the effect of two treatment schemes on patients′repair effect and sleep quality.Results:The repair of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)for the satisfaction evaluation of the repair effect.After treatment,the PSQI scale was used to test the sleep quality of the patients,and the data obtained by the patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of plastic and cosmetic techniques on the basis of skin and soft tissue injury on the basis of routine repair can effectively improve the repair effect of patients,so that patients can return to family and social life more smoothly and maintain a good quality of life,which is worth popularizing.
