肺结核患者睡眠质量调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:对肺结核患者睡眠质量进行调查并分析其影响因素,为提出相关防治措施提出科学依据。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年6月山东济南市传染病医院收治的肺结核患者90例作为研究对象,采取问卷调查的方式,使用睡觉状况自评量表(SSRI)、贝克焦虑量表(BAI)和贝克抑郁量表(BDI)进行相关调查,分析其睡眠质量及影响因素。结果:90例肺结核患者中无任何睡眠问题51例(56.67%),轻度睡眠问题22例(24.44%),中度睡眠问题12例(13.33%),重度睡眠问题5例(5.56%)。不同性别患者BAI和BDI平均得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性患者SRSS评分低于女性患者;未婚同居患者SRSS评分明显高于未婚患者,小学及小学以下文化程度患者SRSS评分明显高于高中(职高、中专)、大学以上文化程度患者,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肺结核患者存在不同程度睡眠问题,不同文化水平、婚姻状况的患者睡眠质量不一,需针对不同情况的肺结核患者采取相应防治措施来提高其睡眠质量。Objective:To investigate the sleep quality of pulmonary tuberculosis patients and analyze the influencing factors,and put forward relevant suggestions and measures.Methods:With the approval of the ethics committee of Jinan Infectious Diseases Hospital,90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.The above 90 patients were investigated by questionnaire,using three analysis forms of SSRI,Bai and BDI to analyze their sleep quality and influencing factors.Results:Among the 90 patients,51(56.67%)had no sleep problems,22(24.44%)had mild sleep problems,12(13.33%)had moderate sleep problems and 5(5.56%)had severe sleep problems.There was no significant difference in the mean scores of Bai and BDI between the patients of different genders(P>0.05);the SRSS scores of male patients were lower than that of female patients;the SRSS scores of unmarried cohabitation patients were significantly higher than that of unmarried patients,and the SRSS scores of primary school and lower primary school education patients were significantly higher than those of high school(vocational high school,technical secondary school)and university education patients.(P>0.05).Conclusion:There are different levels of sleep problems in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,different levels of education and marital status of patients with different sleep quality,we need to take corresponding measures to improve the sleep quality of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
