加强产科手术室护理术前访视工作对增强患者术前睡眠质量的研究

摘　　要：目的:探究加强产科手术室护理术前访视工作的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年6月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的剖宫产患者72例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例,对照组应用常规产科手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上加强术前访视工作。比较2组睡眠质量评分、焦虑评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组术前1 d睡眠质量评分、焦虑评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(97.22%)高于对照组(77.78%)(P<0.05)。结论:在产科手术室护理中加强术前访视工作有助于改善患者术前睡眠质量,护理服务质量更优。Objective:To explore the effect of strengthening preoperative visits in obstetric operating room and the impact on sleep quality.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,72 patients with cesarean section admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College were randomly divided into control group and observation group,36 cases in each group,the control group was treated with routine obstetric operating room nursing,and the observation group strengthened the preoperative visit work on the basis of the control group.Sleep quality score,anxiety score and nursing satisfaction were compared in 2 groups.Results:The sleep quality score and anxiety score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group one day before operation(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(97.22%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening preoperative visits in obstetrical operating room care can improve the quality of preoperative sleep and better quality of nursing services.
