摘　　要：目的:探究与分析护理干预对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量及不良反应的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年1月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的肺癌患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者接受常规的护理干预,观察组患者接受综合护理干预,分析2组患者的睡眠质量和不良反应结果,并进行比较。结果:在睡眠质量方面,观察组患者的睡眠时间长于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且在不良反应的发生率方面,5%为观察组患者不良反应的发生率,12.5%为对照组患者不良反应的发生率,二者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肺癌化疗患者中应用综合护理干预,可以显著提升患者的睡眠质量,减少不良反应的发生,具有十分显著的效果,值得在临床广泛应用与推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the influence of nursing intervention on sleep quality and adverse reactions of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 80 cases of lung cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Sleep quality and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:In terms of sleep quality,the sleeping time of the patients in the observation group was longer than that of the patients in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5%in the observation group and 12.5%in the control group.The numerical results of the former were of statistical significance.The difference was significantly lower than that of the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy can significantly improve their sleep quality and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It has a very significant effect and is worthy of wide clinical application and promotion.
