摘 要:目的研究风险管理在维持性血液透析护理管理中的应用。方法按照随机采样的方式,将该院未实施风险管理前的维持性血液透析护理管理作为参照组,时间在2016年2月-2017年2月;将该院实施风险管理的维持性血液透析护理管理作为观察组,时间在2017年3月-2018年3月。其两组管理模式运用时,护理人员未发生变化,共有45名。随机从两组中各抽取120例临床资料无差异的患者,来进行护理风险事件统计和护理满意度评估。且对两组护理人员的被投诉次数、护理质量等指标进行评估。结果从实验结果上看,观察组护理满意度与护理风险发生率相较于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员被投诉次数与护理质量相较于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在维持性血液透析患者护理管理中,风险管理能够有效地改善其护理质量,优化患者对护理满意度,降低风险事件的诱发,降低护理人员被投诉几率。Objective To study the application of risk management in the maintenance management of maintenance hemodialysis. Methods According to the random sampling method, the maintenance hemodialysis nursing management before risk management in the hospital was used as the reference group, and the time was from February 2016 to February2017. The maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital with risk management was performed. Nursing management as an observation group, from March 2017 to March 2018. When the two groups of management modes were used, there were 45 nurses for changes. Randomly select 120 patients with no difference in clinical data from each of the two groups for statistics of nursing risk events and assessment of nursing satisfaction. It also evaluates the number of complaints and nursing quality of nursing staff in the two groups. Results From the experimental results, the observation group’s nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nursing risk were compared with the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s number of complaints and nursing quality of the observation group were compared with the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing management of maintenance hemodialysis patients, risk management can effectively improve the quality of their care, optimize the patient’s satisfaction with nursing, reduce the induction of risk events, and reduce the probability of complaints of nursing staff.
