摘　　要：目的探讨分析内科软伤护理工作中应用护理风险管理的价值。方法选择该院于2018年3月-2019年3月收治的350例内科软伤患者为该次研究对象,按照护理方法的不同,分为对照组(175例,使用常规方法护理)和观察组(175例,使用护理风险管理),对两组患者在护理完成后的风险事件发生率以及患者满意度进行收集和分析。结果两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果,但观察组患者护理纠纷事件发生率、护理风险事件发生率均低于对照组,同时观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在内科软伤护理中,应用护理风险管理可降低护理过程中护理风险发生率、护理纠纷事件发生率,同时提高患者满意度,有较高应用价值。Objective To analyze the value of applying nursing risk management in the nursing of internal soft injuries.Methods 350 patients with internal soft injuries admitted in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research object. Acording to different nursing methods, the patients were divided into control group(175 cases, using routine method of nursing) and observation group(175 cases, using nursing risk management), collected and analyzed the incidence of risk events and patient satisfaction after the completion of nursing care in the two groups of patients. Results Both groups of patients achieved certain effects after receiving care, but the incidence of nursing dispute events and the incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of internal soft wounds, the application of nursing risk management can reduce the incidence of nursing risks and the incidence of nursing disputes during the nursing process, and at the same time improve patient satisfaction, which has higher application value.
