摘　　要：医护人员的压力现状不容忽视,由于职业地位、工作性质和工作环境等的特殊性,加之其高风险性、不确定性及环境相对封闭和社会的歧视,医护人员面临更大的压力。压力管理一般指的是通过一些特定的方法来加强个体面对压力的能力,并针对压力所致个人身心问题实施针对性处理。有研究指出,通过压力管理能够有效改善精神专科医院医护人员所面临的压力,对提高医护人员心理健康水平具有重要意义。该文探讨了压力的定义,精神科医护人员的压力状况和压力源以及压力的表现和副性作用,最后提出几点缓解压力的建议意见,以期帮助精神科的医务人员掌握管理压力的能力,从而提高个人的生活和工作质量。The pressure on medical staff cannot be ignored. Due to the special nature of occupational status, nature of work and working environment, coupled with its high risk, uncertainty, relatively closed environment and social discrimination,medical staff is facing greater pressure. Stress management generally refers to strengthening the individual’s ability to face stress through specific methods, and implementing targeted treatment of personal a nd psychological problems caused by stress. Some studies have pointed out that stress management can effectively improve the pressure faced by medical staff in psychiatric hospitals and is of great significance for improving the mental health of medical staff. In this regard, the article explores the definition of stress, the stress conditions and sources of stress for psychiatric medical staff, and the performance and side effects of stress. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to relieve stress in order to help psychiatric medical staff grasp the management of stress ability, to improve personal quality of life and work.
