摘 要:目前人们对绿色食品的需求较高,且更加注重营养搭配平衡,肉制品也成为饭桌上的必需品。我国作为生猪产量大国和消费大国,其猪肉制品的质量安全显得尤为重要。该文主要从生猪的健康养殖、生猪疾病防控2方面对生猪的健康养殖和疾病防控进行综述,以有效促进生猪的健康生长。At present,people's demand for green food is higher,and more attention to balanced nutrition,meat products have become a necessity on the dinner table.As a large country of pig production and consumption,the quality and safety of pork products is very important in China.In this paper,the healthy breeding and disease prevention and control of live pigs were reviewed from two aspects:healthy breeding of live pigs and disease prevention and control of live pigs,so as to effectively promote the healthy growth of live pigs.
