摘 要:伊拉克某油田灰岩储层三口低、无污染井基质酸化作业后平均增产幅度仅7%,符合目前业界对此类井酸化提产效果甚微的共识。根据目前碳酸盐岩储层酸化增产机理最新研究,并结合该单重介质储层渗流特征分析以及该储层测井、试井解释结果,对无污染井酸化提产幅度公式进行改进,引入蚓孔参数对提产幅度的影响。然后根据Gadanski等公式计算目标蚓孔长度和提产幅度所需的酸液量,并优化排量形成深穿造主蚓孔酸化设计。现场实验结果表明,三口普通酸化工艺无效或提产幅度低的井在采用深穿工艺后产量均有一定幅度提高。从而通过理论计算以及现场实验证明,对于基质孔隙型灰岩储层,即使是无污染或者污染程度低的油井,采用适当的深穿透酸化造主蚓孔工艺仍可实现一定幅度的提产。The averaged production enhancement ratio of three low damaged or undamaged wells is only 7%in one Iraqi carbonate reservoir,which is in accordance with the current acknowledgement that for unpolluted wells stimulation operation can hardly increase the production rate.However,according to the latest research results both home and abroad,and based on the analysis of the flow pattern of this single medium formation and its logging and pressure build up tests results,the undamaged wells production enhancement equation has been updated by introducing the influences of the wormhole parameters.After that,a deep penetration stimulation operation design was proposed based on the wormhole length and the acid volume calculation according to Gadanski equation and the pump rate optimization.Field application results show that the production of these three wells increases in certain degree by using the deep penetration technology,while their production has no or low increase by traditional acidizing technology.Thus,it is proved both by theoretical analysis and field operation that the low damaged or undamaged wells in single mediaporous calcite formations can be enhanced by appropriate acidizing technology to some extent.
