摘 要:以大连地铁5号线劳动公园站为工程背景,该车站采用洞桩(pile beam arch,PBA)逆筑法施工,在修建车站主体时需要先开挖导洞。为了研究采用PBA工法施工时产生的群洞效应对地层的影响,通过midas-GTS建立模型,进行施工过程的模拟来得到地层的位移响应结果,采用正交试验的方法进行试验安排和选用极差分析的方法进行结果分析。结果表明:在多导洞施工过程中,作业方式的选择在控制地表沉降中占主导因素;“短进尺、勤支护”的施工原则是可靠的,得到了适合大连地区的多导洞施工方案。由此可见在施工前进行合理的理论分析、试验安排和数值模拟计算是很必要的,是值得推广的工程思想。The Labor Park Station of Dalian Metro Line 5 was selected as the engineering background.The station was constructed by the pile-beam-arch(PBA)reverse construction method.When constructing the station,it was necessary to excavate the guide hole first.In order to study the influence of the multi-hole effect generated by the PBA construction method on the formation,the model was established by midas-GTS.The simulation of the construction process was carried out to obtain the displacement response of the formation and the orthogonal test method was used.The results were analyzed by the method of range analysis.The results show that the operation mode dominates the control of surface settlement during the construction of multi-cavity tunnels.The construction principle of short-scale footage and lots ofsupport is reliable,thus,a multi-cavity construction scheme suitable for Dalian is obtained.It is concluded that it is necessary to carry out reasonable theoretical analysis,experimental arrangement and numerical simulation calculation before construction,which is worthy of promotion in engineering.
