摘  要:分析激光选区熔化TC4钛合金疲劳寿命及其影响因素。研究结果表明,激光选区熔化TC4钛合金的疲劳性能与传统的经过退火处理的钛合金性能相当。对断口的疲劳源分析表明,激光选区熔化TC4钛合金的疲劳裂纹起源于距离表面最近的制造缺陷,这种制造缺陷多为不规则形状,在缺陷中能够明显地观察到制造过程中产生的层间界线。通过对比分析可知,疲劳源在试样表面以下的位置及其最大跨度尺寸影响着试样的疲劳寿命。目前,制造缺陷仍然是影响激光选区熔化TC4钛合金疲劳性能的主要因素。The fatigue properties of the selective laser melting titanium alloy and the factors affecting the fatigue life are researched in the article.The results show that the fatigue properties of the selective laser melting TC4 titanium alloy are similar to those under the conventional annealed titanium alloy.The fatigue source analysis of the fracture shows that the fatigue crack of the TC4 titanium alloy of selective laser melting originates from the manufacturing defects closest to the surface of the sample.The manufacturing defects are mostly irregular shapes.The interlayer boundary caused by the poor fusion during the selective melting process can be clearly observed inside the defect.By comparative analysis,it is known that both the fatigue source position below the sample surface and the maximum span size influence the sample’s fatigue life.At present,manufacturing defects are still the main factors affecting the fatigue properties of TC4 titanium alloy of selective laser melting.
