摘 要:部分电商企业为了减少大量快递包装带来的污染浪费问题,相继推出了可循环利用的快递箱。但是,循环箱虽然环保,逆向物流过程却十分复杂,回收成本高且回收率低。为了解决这些问题,提出企业自营物流回收模式,自营物流企业通过建立回收点和再制造中心,对循环箱进行回收、处理、再利用的逆向物流过程。以回收网络总成本最低为目标函数,建立混合整数规划模型,并采用CPLEX软件求解算例。结果表明,在备选回收点中选择2、3、5号点,再制造中心选择3、5号点达到逆向物流网络成本最低,证明该模型适用于拥有自营物流的企业解决快递箱逆向物流过程的选址规划问题。Some e-commerce companies have introduced recyclable express boxes in order to reduce the pollution and waste caused by a large number of express packaging.Although the recycling box is environmentally friendly,yet the reverse logistics process is very complicated and the recycling cost is high and the recovery rate is low.In order to solve these problems,a self-operated logistics recycling model was proposed,in which the self-operated logistics enterprise introduced the recycling box by establishing a recycling point and a remanufacturing center to realizing the reverse logistics process of recycling.A mixed integer programming model was established with the lowest total cost of the reverse logistics network as the objective function,and cplex software was used to analyze the model.The results show that the selection of points 2,3 and 5 in the alternative collection points and points 3 and 5 in the remanufacturing centers can achieve the lowest cost of the reverse logistics network.It is proved that the model is suitable for enterprises with self-operated logistics to solve the reverse logistics location planning issues of express boxes.
