摘 要:城山煤矿一采区3B煤层右0巷顶板为复合顶板岩层,为解决其巷道顶板易离层冒顶问题,提出新型巷道复合顶板全锚索一次支护方案。采用弹塑性基本理论分析了锚索加固机理,指出高预应力全锚索可大幅提高支护结构的早期支护强度与刚度,有效控制复合顶板的离层和下沉,高预应力为复合顶板岩层提供了法向约束应力,明显改善了顶板岩层应力状态。针对右0巷顶板岩层岩性及分层状况,运用数值模拟和现场实测的分析方法综合评价了巷道复合顶板全锚索一次支护效果,分析了掘进、回采期间顶板下沉及锚索承载规律,掘进期间顶板最大下沉量为34 mm,回采期间顶板最大下沉量为63 mm。现场试验表明:全锚索一次支护对控制深部复合顶板变形效果十分显著,可为深部复合顶板巷道支护提供参考。The roof of the Y0 roadway of the 3B coal seam at the Chengshan Coal Mine is interbedded rock strata.Roof collapse would easily occur if not supported appropriately.To solve this problem,a field trial was performed using fully-anchored cables to support the roadway.The elastoplastic basic theory was used to analyze the anchorage reinforcement mechanism.It was pointed out that the high prestressed fully-anchored cables greatly improved the early support strength and stiffness of the supporting structure,and the separation and sinking of the interbedded roof were effectively controlled.The high prestress of fully-anchored cable provided the normal restraint stress to the interbedded roof rock,which significantly improved the stress state of the roof strata.Based on the lithology and stratification of the roof layer of the Y0 roadway,numerical simulation and field analysis were performed to comprehensively evaluate the support effect of the interbedded roof,and the bearing law of the roof subsidence and anchor cable during the excavation and mining were analyzed.The maximum sag of the roof during the excavation and longwall ming was 34 mm and 63 mm,respectively.Field results show that the fully-anchored cables are very effective in controlling the deformation of interbedded roof in deep roadways.
