摘  要:为解决三山岛金矿西南翼巷道变形大、顶板淋水、隐伏空区等工程问题,采用理论分析、现场试验和数值模拟等手段,基于地质雷达对裂隙空区进行扫描,对海底巷道周边存在空区条件下的巷道支护进行分析,提出喷锚穿一体化支护技术。研究结果表明:结合化学元素分析、地质雷达扫描、钻孔技术可以准确探明裂隙空区具体位置;喷锚穿一体化支护技术使得巷道顶板实际下沉量相比原模拟支护方案减小15.41 mm,两帮变形量减小15.36 mm,巷道围岩稳定性明显得到改善;此外,为保证现场施工达到预期效果,对现场施工技术提出具体技术要求,并进行现场周边位移的实地监测,实现了对巷道变形的有效控制。研究结果可为矿山其他类似区域提供参考。Sanshandao Gold Mine is a submarine gold mine.Its southwest wing encounters many engineering problems including large roadway deformation,roof flooding and hidden void area.A comprehensive study using theoretical analysis,field tests and numerical simulation was performed to investigate the behavior of a roadway excavated in fractured rock masses.An integrated support technology was proposed.The results show that the specific location of the fracture cavity can be accurately identified by combining chemical element analysis,geological radar scanning and drilling technology.With the integrated support technology of shotcrete anchor penetration integrated support model,the roof subsidence and the wall-to-wall convergence were decreased by 15.41 mm and 15.36 mm,respectively,compared with the original simulated support scheme.In addition,in order to ensure the expected effect of the field construction,specific technical requirements were put forward for the field construction technology,and the field monitoring of the displacement around the site was carried out to effectively control the roadway deformation.The scheme provides a reference for other similar areas of the mine.
