摘　　要：中国已成为世界第二大经济体,但产业发展质量依然不高,产业升级需求越来越迫切。互联网可以减少信息不对称,加速信息流转,提高社会连通度,为中国产业升级提供了难得的战略机遇。本研究在产业经济学SCP(结构-行为-绩效)模型基础上建立了“互联网+”促进产业升级的理论模型。“互联网+”可通过改变市场行为和市场结构来提升市场绩效,三者相互作用,逐步优化,从而实现产业转型升级。“互联网+”还可提升政府服务水平,优化政府监管职能,间接促进产业升级。作为我国最早与互联网融合的产业之一,打车产业的发展进化过程是“互联网+”促进产业升级的经典样本。基于该产业的研究,本文为企业和政府如何利用“互联网+”促进产业升级提出了针对性对策与建议。China has become the world's second largest economy,but the quality of development is still not high.The need for industrial upgrading is becoming more and more urgent.“Internet+”provides a strategic opportunity for industrial upgrading through reducing information asymmetry,accelerating information flow and improving social connectivity.Based on the SCP(structure-conduct-performance)model,this paper establishes a theoretical model of how“Internet+”promotes industrial upgrading.“Internet+”can improve performance by changing structure and conduct.They optimize and adjust each other,which makes industrial upgrading success.“Internet+”can also improve the level of government's service and optimize their supervision,which indirectly promotes industrial upgrading.As the earliest“Internet+”industry in China,the evolution of the taxi industry is a classic example of“Internet+”promoting industrial upgrading.Based on this study,this paper offers some advice on how enterprises and governments use“Internet+”to promote industrial upgrading.
