用输尿管镜下双J管植入术治疗输尿管扭曲所致上尿路梗阻的体会

摘　　要：上尿路梗阻是泌尿外科的常见病.输尿管扭曲、输尿管狭窄、输尿管内出现肿瘤、息肉、结石等均是导致上尿路梗阻的主要原因.目前,临床上较为常见的上尿路梗阻是原于输尿管扭曲.本文主要对在2018年3月30日来我院就诊的1例输尿管扭曲所致上尿路梗阻患者的发病机制、临床表现、检查方法、治疗方法等进行综述,旨在为该病的临床诊治提供参考和借鉴.obstruction of the upper urinary tract is a common disease in urology.Ureteral distortion,ureteral stricture,ureteral tumors,polyps and calculi are the main causes of upper urinary tract obstruction.At present,the more common upper urinary tract obstruction is due to ureteral distortion.This paper mainly reviews the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,examination methods and treatment methods of a patient with upper urinary tract obstruction caused by ureteral distortion who visited our hospital on March 30,2018,in order to provide ref erence for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
