用自拟的温经祛寒汤加减方联合米非司酮对子宫腺肌病所致痛经患者进行治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨并研究用自拟的温经祛寒汤加减方联合米非司酮对子宫腺肌病所致痛经患者进行治疗的临床效果.方法:将2018年1月至2019年1月期间什邡市双盛中心卫生院收治的90例子宫腺肌病所致痛经患者按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组(n=45)与对照组(n=45).用米非司酮对对照组患者进行治疗,用自拟的温经祛寒汤加减方联合米非司酮对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床症状积分及其治疗的效果.结果:治疗后,观察组患者的临床症状积分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:用自拟的温经祛寒汤加减方联合米非司酮对子宫腺肌病所致痛经患者进行治疗可显著改善其临床症状,缓解其病情.objective:to explore and study the clinical effect of wenjing quhan decoction combined with mifepristone in treating dysmenorrhea patients with adenomyosis.Methods:90 patients with dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis admitted to health center of shuangsheng center of shifang city from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45)according to different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone,and patients in the observation group were treated with wenjing quhan decoction plus mifepristone,and then the clinical symptom scores and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:after treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the combination of wenjing quhan decoction and mifepristone can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis.
