对手术室的护理工作进行护理风险管理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析对手术室的护理工作进行护理风险管理的效果.方法:将2018年6月至2019年8月期间在绵阳市中心医院进行手术治疗的90例患者及在该医院手术室工作的65名护士作为研究对象.自2019年1月起,该医院的手术室对护理工作进行护理风险管理.将2018年6月至12月期间在该医院进行手术的45例患者设为对照组.将2019年1月至8月期间在该医院进行手术的45例患者设为观察组.比较两组患者手术室护理风险事件的发生率及其对手术室护理工作的满意情况.结果:观察组患者手术室护理风险事件的发生率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.观察组患者对手术室护理工作的总满意率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:对手术室的护理工作进行护理风险管理可显著降低手术室护理风险事件的发生率,提高患者对手术室护理工作的满意率.objective:to explore and analyze the effect of nursing risk management in the operating room.Methods:a total of 90 patients and 65 nurses working in the operating room of mianyang central hospital were studied from June 2018 to August 2019.Since January 2019,nursing risk management has been carried out in the operating room of the hospital.A control group of 45 patients who underwent surgery at the hospital between June and December 2018.A total of 45 patients who underwent surgery at the hospital between January and August 2019 were assigned to the observation group.The incidence of operating room nursing risk events and their satisfaction with operating room nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:the incidence of operating room nursing risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of operating room nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:nursing risk management in the operating room can significantly reduce the incidence of nursing risk events in th e operating room and improve the satisfaction rate of patients to the nursing work in the operating room.
