摘　　要：目的:探讨对进行全椎板切除脊髓减压术后的腰椎间盘突出症患者施行个体化疼痛护理联合健康指导的临床效果.方法:选择2018年4月至2019年2月期间在重庆医科大学附属第二医院骨科进行全椎板切除脊髓减压术的94例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象.将这94例患者分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47).对两组患者均进行全椎板切除脊髓减压术.术后,对对照组患者进行常规护理.在此基础上,对观察组患者进行个体化疼痛护理联合健康指导.然后,观察两组患者躯体功能的评分、社会功能的评分、情绪角色的评分、总体健康的评分、VAS的评分及腰椎功能的评分.结果:治护后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者躯体功能的评分、社会功能的评分、情绪角色的评分、总体健康的评分及腰椎功能的评分均更高,其VAS的评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对进行全椎板切除脊髓减压术后的腰椎间盘突出症患者施行个体化疼痛护理联合健康指导的临床效果显著,可有效地减轻其疼痛感,提高其生活质量.objective:to investigate the clinical effect of individualized pain nursing combined with health guidance for patients with lumbar disc herniation after total laminectomy and decompression of spinal cord.Methods:94 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent total laminectomy and spinal decompression in the department of orthopedics of the second affiliated hospital of chongqing medical university from April 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The 94 patients were divided into the control group(n=47)and the observation group(n=47).Total laminectomy and decompression of spinal cord were performed in both groups.After the operation,the patients in the control group received routine nursing care.On this basis,patients in the observation group were given individualized pain nursing combined with health guidance.Then,the scores of physical function,social function,emotional role,general health,VAS and lumbar function were observed.Results:after treatment,compared with the control group,the scores of physical function,social function,emotional role,overall health and lumbar function in the observation group were higher,and the VAS scores were lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:the clinical effect of individualized pain nursing combined with health guidance for patients with lumbar disc herniation after total laminectomy and decompression of spinal cord is significant,which can effectively relieve pain and improve their quality of life.
