摘 要:氟氧化物微晶玻璃兼具了氟化物玻璃稀土掺杂浓度高、声子能量低和氧化物玻璃化学性质稳定、机械强度高、易于制备的特点,是一种性能非常优异的稀土离子掺杂基质,在高效率、新波段激光器领域具有良好的应用前景。目前对稀土离子掺杂氟氧化物微晶玻璃的研究主要集中在发光机理和发光性能上,而利用其实现激光输出的研究工作尚处于起步阶段。本文归纳了使用稀土离子掺杂氟氧化物微晶玻璃材料实现了激光输出的研究工作,主要从氟氧化物微晶玻璃光纤激光器、随机激光器和回音壁激光器三个方面进行综述,对稀土离子掺杂氟氧化物微晶玻璃用作固体激光增益介质的优、劣势进行深入的分析和讨论,总结了这种材料用于制备固体激光器的技术要点,并展望了未来的发展方向。Combining the advantages of oxide glass and fluoride crystal,the oxyfluoride glass ceramic introduces a low phonon energy filed into stable amorphous glass,making it an excellent matric material for rare earth ions to radiate.Hence,the oxyfluoride glass ceramic has a unique and important application in the field of high-efficiency and high-power lasers.At present,researches on rare earth ion-doped oxyfluoride glass ceramics are mainly focused on their luminescent mechanism.Furthermore,using excellent materials to achieve laser output is still in its infancy.This study introduces the research progress in solid-state lasers based on rare earth ion-doped oxyfluoride glass ceramics,including fiber lasers,whispering gallery mode lasers,and random lasers.In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of rare earth ion-doped glass ceramic applied as gain medium of solid-state lasers are analyzed and discussed.The technical points of this material for solid-state lasers are summarized,and the future development direction is prospected.
