摘 要:为预测巷道围岩稳定性,进一步优化5201运输平巷支护方案,通过建立模糊综合评判的数学模型,选择巷道顶板强度,煤层强度,底板强度,岩体完整性指数,巷道埋藏深度,本区段采动影响和相邻区段采动影响7个因素作为围岩分类指标,求解模糊综合判别矩阵,确定围岩指标权重和围岩的隶属程度。结果表明:5201运输平巷对5种类别围岩的隶属程度分别为0.1846,0.2117,0.1866,0.1776,0.2394,其中Ⅴ类围岩的隶属程度最大,得出5201运输平巷为Ⅴ类极不稳定围岩;采用优化后的支护方案,经过矿压观测得到两帮最大移近量为220 mm,顶、底板最大移近量203 mm,围岩控制效果显著。In order to predict the stability of surrounding rock of roadway and further optimize the supporting scheme of 5201 transport roadway,the mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established.Roof strength,coal seam strength,floor strength,rock mass integrity index,roadway burial depth,mining influence of this section and mining influence of adjacent sections are selected as classification indexes of surrounding rock.The fuzzy comprehensive discriminant matrix is solved.The index weight and membership degree of surrounding rock are determined.The results show that the membership degree of 5201 transport roadway to five types of surrounding rocks is 0.1846,0.2117,0.1866,0.1776 and 0.2394,respectively.The membership degree of V type surrounding rocks is the largest,and 5201 transport roadway is V type extremely unstable surrounding rock.With the optimized support scheme,the maximum displacement of the two sides is 220 mm,the maximum displacement of the roof and floor is203 mm,and the surrounding rock control effect is remarkable.
