摘  要:针对综掘面高浓度粉尘治理的难题,以玉华矿为背景,研究综掘面尘源点位置对粉尘分布规律的影响,根据综掘面设备布置情况建立了几何模型,通过Fluent软件对风流场及粉尘场进行了模拟分析,得出风流场的分布规律以及掘进机在截割迎头面不同位置时粉尘浓度的变化规律。Aiming at the problem of high concentration dust control in comprehensive face excavation,takes Yuhua mine as the research object,study on the influence of the location of the dust source on the dust distribution law was studied.According to the equipment layout of the comprehensive excavation face establish the geometric model,the simulation of the wind field and the dust field was carried out by Fluent software.Master the distribution law of the wind flow field and the variation law of the dust concentration when the roadheader cuts the different positions on the head face.
