摘　　要：新型冠状病毒疫情爆发以来,针对新型冠状病毒的抗病毒药物研究从未间断,氯喹作为一个临床使用数十年的老药,由于体外实验的成功被临床寄予厚望。本文基于氯喹的药理、毒理、药代动力学特征,结合最新的临床文献进行分析与探讨,以期为临床优化治疗方案、精准施治提供参考。Since the outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,research on antiviral drugs against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 has never stopped.Chloroquine is an old drug that has been used clinically for decades and it has been placed high expectations in clinical trials because of the success in vitro tests.This article summarizes and explores some current chloroquine treatment schemes in the treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 with a view by analyzing the chloroquine pharmacology,toxicology and pharmacokinetic,which can provide reference for clinical optimization of treatment schemes.
