摘  要:以5年生"夏黑"葡萄为试材,以2种常规追施化肥及追施碳基复合微生物肥为对照,采用常规测定方法,研究了碳基复合微生物肥与化肥的复配追肥对"夏黑"葡萄新梢、叶片生长和果实产量、品质及产值的影响,以期为复合微生物肥在葡萄生产中应用提供指导。结果表明:碳基复合微生物肥与化肥复配不但促进了葡萄新梢及叶片的生长,而且可显著提高果实产量,促进果实着色,提高果实维生素C、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量,降低有机酸含量,提高单位面积产值,但单施碳基复合微生物肥却削弱了新梢与叶片的生长,降低了果实产量及单位面积产值。碳基复合微生物肥与化肥复配追施,才能充分发挥其作用,促进葡萄树体生长,提高果实产量、品质及产值。Five-year-old ‘Summer Black’ grape tree were used as the experimental materials,with two kinds of conventional topdressing chemical fertilizer and topdressing carbon radical composite microbial fertilizer for comparison,and by using the conventional determination methods,the influence of compound topdressing scheme of the carbon radical composite microbial fertilizer and chemical fertilizer on ‘Summer Black’ grape shoots,leaves growth and fruit yields,fruit quality and vineyard output value were determined,in order to provide guidance for the application of compound microbial fertilizer in grape production.The results showed that the compound topdressing scheme of carbon radical composite microbial fertilizer and chemical fertilizer not only promoted the growth of the grape shoots and leaves,but also obviously improved the fruit yields,promoted the coloring of the fruits,improved the vitamin C,the soluble protein,the soluble solid and the soluble sugar content of the fruits,and the organic acid content of the fruits was reduced,the output value of the unit area was increased,but the single-application carbon radical composite microbial fertilizer could weaken the growth of the shoots and the leaves,and the yields of the fruits and the output value of the unit area were reduced.The carbon radical composite microbial fertilizer and the chemical fertilizer were compounded and applied,so that the effect of the carbon radical composite microbial fertilizer could be fully realized,and the growth of the grape tree was promoted,the yields,the quality of fruits and the output value of the vineyard were improved.
