摘 要:以丹江口种植的箭叶淫羊藿为试材,采用单因素试验和响应面分析的方法,比较组织培养基中6-BA、NAA及蔗糖的不同浓度对淫羊藿生长的影响,以期为淫羊藿生产过程中苗工业化生产提供参考依据。结果表明:这3个因素对淫羊藿的植株生长影响显著;在此基础上,通过响应面法对诱导生成的丛生芽继代培养基进行了优化,可得出继代培养基中NAA浓度为0.56 mg·L^-1,蔗糖浓度为31.47 g·L^-1,6-BA浓度为2.03 mg·L^-1淫羊藿的扩繁效果较好,生长情况评分可以达到84.88。因此这种继代培养基可提高淫羊藿繁殖力系数,可解决淫羊藿的野外增殖能力弱,且野生种苗极难存活的问题。Taking Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.in Danjiangkou as materials,the effects of different concentrations of 6-BA,NAA and sucrose in tissue culture medium on the growth of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.were compared by using the method of single factor experiment and response surface analysis,in order to provide reference for factory production of Eimediumbrevicoru.The results showed that these three factors had significant effects on the growth of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim..On the basis,the induced shoot bud subculture medium was optimized by response surface methodology,and the propagating effect of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.was better,when the concentration of NAA was 0.56 mg·L^-1,the concentration of sucrose was 31.47 g·L^-1,and the concentration of 6-BA was 2.03 mg·L^-1 in the subculture medium,and the growth score could reach84.88.Therefore,the subculture medium could improve the coefficient of fertility of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.,which could solve the problem that the wild-type proliferative ability of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.was weak and the wild seedlings were extremely difficult to survive.
