摘　　要：目的探讨登革热不同病程阶段病人血常规、凝血功能、肝功能及淋巴细胞的变化及其临床意义。方法收集2014年9~11月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院就诊的登革热病人血液样本,分析病人不同病程阶段常见实验室指标的变化情况,并探讨其在登革病毒感染中的临床意义。结果登革热病人感染早期核酸检出率最高,感染期白细胞和血小板下降最明显,同时感染期ALT、AST均明显升高。和恢复期相比,感染期CD3^+CD4^+T细胞比例升高。结论登革病毒感染不同阶段常用实验室指标有一定的差异,可以初步有效区分登革热发病的不同阶段。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of blood routine,coagulation function,liver function and lymphocyte in different stages of dengue fever(DF).Methods Samples of DF patients were collected from September to November 2014 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.Then the changes of common laboratory indexes of DF patients in different stages were analyzed,and their clinical significance in dengue virus infection was also investigated.Results The detection rate of nucleic acid was the highest in DF patients at the early stage of infection,the decrease of leukocytes and platelets was the most obvious at the stage of infection,and ALT and AST were significantly increased at the same time.Compared with the convalescent stage,the proportion of CD3^+CD4^+T cells increased during the stage of infection.Conclusion There are some differences in laboratory indexes in different stages of dengue virus infection,which can effectively distinguish different DF stages.
