摘　　要：目的了解河北省卫生监督现场快速检测工作基本情况和存在问题,为改进工作提供科学依据。方法通过对全省166个县级卫生监督机构进行问卷调查,了解卫生监督现场快速检测开展情况、人员管理和培训、设备管理及应用领域等内容。结果河北省共有87.95%的县级卫生监督机构开展了现场快速检测工作,其中65.75%进行了培训,47.95%由一个部门统一管理,46.58%未进行过校准,50.00%没有经费投入,主要应用领域为公共场所、生活饮用水、学校卫生。结论目前河北省卫生监督现场快速检测存在开展不均衡、设备配置、经费投入及人员培训不足等问题,需加大资金投入、健全标准体系、强化培训考核。Objective To understand the basic situation and existing problems of the health surveillance field fast check in Hebei Province,and to provide scientific basis for improving the work.Methods The questionnaire survey was carried out among 166 county-level health supervision institutions in Hebei Province in order to learn about the development of health surveillance field fast check,personnel management and training,equipment management and application fields.Results A total of 87.95% of county-level health supervision institutions in Hebei Province have carried out field fast check,among which 65.75% have received training,47.95% were under the unified management of one department,46.58% had not been calibrated,and 50.00% had no fund input.The main application areas included public places,drinking water and school sanitation.Conclusion At present,there are some problems in health surveillance field fast check in Hebei province,such as unbalanced development,insufficiency of equipment allocation,fund investment and personnel training,it is necessary to increase capital investment,improve the standard system and strengthen the training and assessment.
