摘　　要：目的分析2例输入性恶性疟病例的相关资料,为今后输入性疟疾病例的诊治提供科学依据。方法对2例病例的外出史、诊疗等资料进行收集、整理和分析。结果 2例病例有明确的外出高疟区务工及旅游史,结合病例的临床表现以及辅助检查等,确诊为输入性重症恶性疟病例。及时给予杀虫治疗,病例治愈出院。结论医疗机构对有明确的外出疟疾流行区返乡人员及时进行排查、隔离治疗及采取护理措施,避免重症甚至死亡病例的出现,保持消除疟疾成果。Objective To analyze the related data of two cases of imported falciparum malaria,so as to provide scientific basis for diagnosis and treatment of this disease in the future.Methods The clinical data of two cases,including history of their outgoing,diagnosis and treatment,was collected,collated and analyzed.Results These two cases had a clear history of working and travelling with severe malaria,and were diagnosed with imported severe falciparum malaria combined with the clinical manifestations and auxiliary examinations.Then they were treated with artemisinin drugs and were cured and discharged.Conclusion Medical institutions should conduct timely screening,isolation and treatment,and take nursing measures for those who have returned from malaria-endemic areas,so as to avoid severe or even fatal cases and maintain the achievements in eliminating malaria.
