摘　　要：目的通过对低档暗娼人群艾滋病高危行为不同干预模式效果进行评价,为筛选和采取有力干预措施提供科学依据。方法2016-2017年对桂林市低档暗娼人群的艾滋病预防知识水平、行为学特征开展基线调查及干预后调查,对干预模式和干预效果做出统计学评价。结果答对8个艾滋病知识问题的暗娼构成比综合干预组高于外展干预组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.058,P<0.01),综合干预组干预效果无论是最近一次性行为安全套使用率(χ^2=11.40,P<0.01)还是最近一个月,性行为每次使用安全套率均高于外展干预组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=22.02,P<0.01)。结论采取外展干预和同伴教育联合的综合干预措施弥补了单一外展干预措施的缺陷,提高了工作效率,能应对低档暗娼人群流动性大的特点,有利于控制艾滋病经商业性途径的传播。Objective To evaluate the effects of different intervention models of AIDS high-risk behaviors of low-grade commercial sex workers,and provide scientific basis for screening and adopting effective intervention measures.Methods From 2016 to 2017,baseline investigation and post-intervention investigation were carried out on the knowledge level of AIDS prevention and behavioral characteristics of low-grade commercial sex workers in Guilin,and the intervention model and effect were statistically evaluated.Results The correct 8 AIDS knowledge rate in the comprehensive intervention group was higher than that in the outreach intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.058,P<0.01),the intervention effect of the comprehensive intervention group was higher than that of the outreach intervention group,no matter the rate of used condoms in the last sexual intercourse(χ^2=11.40,P<0.01)or the rate of used condoms every time in the last month sexual intercourse.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=22.02,P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention including outreach intervention and peer education can make up for the defects of single outreach intervention and improve the work efficiency.It can alsodeal with the characteristics of low-grade CSWs with high mobility,and is beneficial to control the spread of AIDS through commercial channels.
