摘　　要：结合某型航空发动机断油试验工况条件,在轴承试验机上对发动机压气机前支点双半内圈角接触球轴承开展断油摸底试验,研究小轴向载荷、润滑油供油温度对轴承性能的影响。结果表明:适当增加前支点球轴承的轴向载荷,合理降低润滑油供油温度有利于提高其抗断油能力,为后续同类型的双半内圈角接触球轴承断油试验提供了技术支持。Combining with working conditions of oil interruption test of a certain type of aero-engine,the oil interruption placement test of front pivot angular contact ball bearings with two piece inner rings for engine compressor is carried out on bearing tester to study influence of small axial load and oil supply temperature on performance of the bearings.The results show that appropriately increasing axial load of front pivot ball bearings and reasonably reducing oil supply temperature are conducive to improve its anti oil interrupting ability,which provides a technical support for subsequent oil interruption test of same type of angular contact ball bearings with two piece inner rings.
