滋肾活血方联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋肾活血方联合缬沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病(EDN)的疗效。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年2月内蒙古包钢医院收治的EDN患者102例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予缬沙坦胶囊;观察组在对照组基础上给予滋肾活血方治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后炎性反应递质、血糖、血脂、肾功能和临床疗效方面的差别。结果:观察组治疗有效率(88.23%)高于对照组(70.59%)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组患者的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、餐前血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24UPr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿蛋白排泄率(UARE)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾活血方联合缬沙坦治疗EDN疗效显著,可降糖、降脂,减轻炎性反应,同时改善肾脏功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of Zishen Huoxue Fang combined with valsartan on early diabetic nephropathy(EDN).Methods:A total of 102 EDN patients admitted to Baogang Hospital in Inner Mongolia from May 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 51 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Valsartan capsule on the basis of conventional therapy,and patients in the observation group were treated with nourishing kidney and activating blood circulation therapy on the basis of the control group.The differences in inflammatory factors,blood glucose,blood lipids,renal function and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(88.23%)was higher than that of the control group(70.59%)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(h-CRP),cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),preprandial blood glucose(FBG),postprandial blood glucose(2hBG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),24 hour urine protein quantitation(24UPr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(Scr),urine protein excretion rate(UARE)reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)of the two groups of patients increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zishen Huoxue fang combined with valsartan was effective in the treatment of EDN,it can reduce blood sugar and lipid,reduce inflammation,and improve renal function,and it was worthy of clinical application.
