中医阴阳五行诊疗体系之病机诊断浅探

摘　　要：阴阳五行学说是中医学的核心理论,贯穿在中医学理、法、方、药的各个层面。本文提炼《黄帝内经》《难经》等经典中关于阴阳五行指导中医分析病因、阐明病机、指导诊断、确立治法、处方遣药等方面的内容,发皇古义,融会新知,本文浅探中医阴阳五行诊疗体系中的病机诊断内容,以为临床提供参考。The theory of yin-yang and 5 elements is the core theory of TCM,which runs through every aspects of the principles,the methods,the formula and the medicines in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper extracts and purifies the contents of yin and yang and five elements in The Inner Canon of Huangdi,Yellow Emperor′s Inner Canon,Classic on Medical Problems,and other classics,which guides to analyze the cause of diseases,clarify the pathogenesis,guide the diagnosis,and establish the therapies,prescription and medication.Combining the ancient and modern meaning,this paper briefly explores the content of pathological diagnosis in the system of diagnosis and treatment of Yin-yang five elements in traditional Chinese medicine.
