摘 要:通过力学性能测试和线性收缩率测定等研究了不同养护条件下化学激发钢渣胶凝材料的强度和体积稳定性,使用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)等分析了水化产物的微观结构对其宏观性能的影响机理。结果表明:自然养护条件下的化学激发钢渣试块因干燥收缩而出现开裂,致使其强度较低;在标准养护与蒸汽养护条件下的试块体积变形表现为微膨胀,二者均表现出较高的强度。其中,蒸汽养护加速了钢渣在化学激发下的反应进程,提高了其早期的水化程度,促进了水化产物C-S-H(I)与C-A-S-H凝胶生成,从而使化学激发钢渣试块表现出更高的早期强度。The strength and volume stability of chemico-activated steel slag cementitious materials under different curing conditions were studied by mechanical property test and linear shrinkage measurement experimental system.The influence mechanism of microstructure of hydration products on their macroscopic properties was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that under the natural curing condition,the chemico-activated steel slag will crack due to drying shrinkage,resulting in low strength,and the volume deformation of the steel slags under standard curing and steam curing conditions shows micro-expansion,both of which show high strength.Among them,steam curing accelerates the reaction process of the steel slag under chemical excitation,improves its early hydration degree,and promotes the formation of hydration products C-S-H(I)and C-A-S-H gel,which makes the chemico-activated steel slag test block show higher early strength.
