摘 要:采用实验测试和有限元方法对热态锯切过程进行分析,研究不同工艺参数对锯切性能的影响规律并探究规律背后的原因。根据锯齿直线运动假设对锯切过程进行分析,得出不同工艺参数对单齿锯切力、锯齿度、锯齿前刀面温度的影响规律。结果表明:单齿锯切力随着锯切线速度、预热温度的增加而下降,随着锯切深度的增加而升高;锯齿频率f随着锯切线速度、预热温度、单齿锯切深度的增加而增加;锯齿度G_S随着锯切线速度、预热温度的增加而降低,随着单齿锯切深度的增加呈上升趋势;锯齿前刀面温度峰值随着单齿锯切线速度的增加而降低,且温度峰值点距齿尖的距离减小,随着单齿锯切深度、预热温度的增加而升高,且温度峰值点距齿尖的距离增大。The hot sawing process was analyzed by the experimental test and finite element method,the influence laws of different process parameters on the sawing performance were studied,and the reasons for the influence laws were explored. Based on the assumption of sawtooth linear motion,the sawing process was analyzed,and the influence laws of different process parameters on single tooth sawing force,sawtooth degree and rake face temperature of sawtooth were obtained. The results show that the single tooth sawing force decreases with the increasing of sawing line speed and preheating temperature and increases with the increasing of sawing depth,the sawing tooth frequency f increases with the increasing of sawing line speed,preheating temperature and single tooth sawing depth,and the sawtooth degree G_S decreases with the increasing of sawing line speed and preheating temperature and increases with the increasing of single tooth sawing depth.Furthermore,the peak temperature of rake face for sawtooth decreases with the increasing of single tooth sawing line speed,and the distance of the temperature peak point from the tooth tip decreases. However,the peak temperature of rake face for sawtooth increases with the increasing of single tooth sawing depth and preheating temperature,and the distance of the temperature peak point from the tooth tip increases.
