摘 要:机械传动系统的方案设计是机械压力机设计的关键,与传统机械压力机相比,伺服机械压力机的传动方案设计存在着本质的不同,在分析机械压力机成形加工负载特性的基础上,指出了传统机械压力机与伺服机械压力机在设计依据和设计重点方面的不同;在分析机械压力机传动方案设计发展历程的基础上,评述了传统机械压力机与伺服机械压力机在设计目标和设计思路方面的差异;在分析单伺服输入工作机构存在滑块行程与机械利益相互制约耦合的基础上,提出了可实现运动与动力相互解耦的非对称双伺服输入并联工作机构。上述分析可为伺服机械压力机传动方案的设计提供参考。Plan design of mechanical transmission system is the key of mechanical press design. Compared with the traditional mechanical press,the transmission plan design for servo mechanical press is fundamentally different. Based on the analysis of load characteristics in forming process of mechanical press,the differences of design criterion and design focus between traditional mechanical press and servo mechanical press were pointed out. After reviewing the development history of transmission plan design for mechanical press,the differences of design objective and design idea between traditional mechanical press and servo mechanical press were commented. Aiming at the constrained coupling problem between slide stroke and mechanical advantage of working mechanisms with single servo input,an asymmetric parallel working mechanism with double servo input was proposed,which could decouple the kinematics performance index and dynamics design objective. The above analysis may provide a reference for the transmission plan design of servo mechanical press.
