摘　　要：针对用电企业谐波问题所建立的一套智能谐波在线监测管理系统进行描述。由监测点现场GPRS型多功能谐波监测仪采样、存储并主动上传谐波数据,由网关及客户端识别和处理谐波数据,由系统主站发布谐波数据和分析治理方法。根据治理方法优选并在监测点现场安装谐波治理设备,由Android端App现场比对谐波数据和优化谐波治理设备参数等,并组成了完整的闭环系统,为电力谐波治理提供了有效的手段。Aiming at power harmonic problems in the enterprise,a set of intelligent on-line monitoring management system is established.By the GPRS type multifunctional harmonic monitor,harmonic data sampling,storage,and initiative upload is completed,hamonic date is recognized and dealt with by the gateway and the client,harmonic governance data and analysis method are released by the system main,based on the governance method optimization and harmonic control equipment installation at the scene of the monitoring points,from the Android App comparing the harmonic field data and optimizing the harmonic treatment equipment parameters,etc.a complete closed loop system is formed,it provides an effective way for the electric power harmonic management.
