摘　　要：针对目前国内风电行业生产管理普遍存在的标准化、流程化欠缺,生产数据和信息结果反馈滞后,业务关联数据无法实时共享等痛点,提出了一种基于生产管理移动应用的新能源企业新型管理方法,给出了具体解决方案,并进行了系统的开发实现。通过在实际风电场的试用,切实为班组减负的同时,实现了公司标准的严格贯彻执行,提升了新能源生产作业的合规性、合理性,以及管理的标准化和高效化。Based on the analysis of the specifc work of wind farm,a new management method based on mobile application of production management is proposed to solve the existing problems of standardization and process,lagging feedback of production data and information results,and the inability of real-time sharing of business related data.By means of mobile and information technology,an effective solution is designed and the mobile application system of production management is developed.Through on-the-spot popularization,the company has realized the strict implementation of the company’s standards,promoted the regularity,rationality,standardization and effciency of the management of new energy production operations.
