摘  要:在催化油浆中,采用加入捕获沉降剂且沉降一段时间的方法脱除其中的催化剂固体颗粒物;然后,将沉降后的上层催化油浆引入延迟焦化装置进行二次加工。结果表明:在沉降后的催化油浆中,其上部油浆催化剂粉末质量分数低于800×10-6,满足焦化原料要求;在掺炼比(质量分数)约为13%的条件下,当分馏循环比由掺炼初期的0.28降至0.20后,减压渣油处理量和上层催化油浆掺炼量分别增加了174.5,22.8 t/d,汽柴油收率下降了0.75个百分点,焦炭和蜡油收率分别提高了0.91,0.49个百分点,焦炭中的灰分质量分数提高了0.04个百分点。The catalyst solid particle in the cata-lytic slurry was removed by the method of adding capture sedimentation agent and settling for a period of time,and then,the upper catalytic slurry after sedimentation was introduced into the delayed co-king unit for secondary processing.The results showed that in the sedimentated catalytic slurry,the mass fraction of catalyst powder in upper slurry was lower than 800×10-6,which could meet the re-quirements of coking raw materials.Under the condi-tion of the blending ratio(mass fraction)about 13%,when the circulation ratio decreased from 0.28 at the initial stage of blending to 0.20,the vacuum residue capacity and upper catalytic slurry blending quantity increased by 174.5,22.8 t/d re-spectively,the yield of gasoline and diesel decreased by 0.75 percentage points,the yields of coke and wax oil increased by 0.91 and 0.49 percentage points respectively,and the mass fraction of ash in coke increased by 0.04 percentage points.
