摘　　要：目的探讨亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)的基因多态性与女性不良妊娠结局的关系。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月我院收治的曾经发生不良妊娠结局的育龄期妇女130例作为观察组,选择同期来我院就诊的无不良妊娠病史的已育妇女110例作为对照组,检测比较两组研究对象MTHFR A1298C、C677T位点的基因型、等位基因频率分布情况。结果两组研究对象的MTHFR A1298C位点的基因型(AA、AC、CC)以及等位基因(A、C)的频率分布情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组研究对象的MTHFR C677T位点的基因型(CC、CT、TT)以及等位基因(C、T)的频率分布情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MTHFR的基因多态性可能与女性不良妊娠结局的发生有关。Objective To explore the relationship between methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)of gene polymorphism and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 130 child-bearing women with adverse pregnancy outcomes admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as observation group,whereas 110 fertile women without adverse pregnancy history visited to our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The genotype and allele frequency distribution of MTHFR at locus A1298C and C677T were detected and compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences of AA,AC,CC genotypes at locus A1298C and CC,CT,TT genotypes at C677T locus of MTHFR,and of A,C allele frequency distribution at locus A1298C and C,T at locus C677T of MTHFR between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Polymorphism of MTHFR may be related to the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
