四种梅毒检测方法在梅毒抗体不确定样本检测中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的对四种梅毒检测方法在梅毒抗体不确定样本检测中的应用效果进行探讨。方法选取2017年5月~2018年12月于我院进行梅毒抗体检测者15例为研究对象,分别采用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)、梅毒螺旋体酶联免疫吸附试验(TP-ELISA)、梅毒螺旋体抗体明胶颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)及梅毒胶体金试验(SYP)等四种梅毒检测方法对检测者血清标本中的梅毒抗体进行检验,其中确诊为梅毒患者共78例列入观察组,另外将同期行健康检查者80例列入对照组,对检测结果进行全面分析。结果结果显示,TRUST、TP-ELISA、TPPA及SYP四种检测方式的阳性数及阴性数无显著差异(P>0.05);TRUST、TP-ELISA、TPPA及SYP四种检测方式的特异性无显著差异(P>0.05);TP-ELISA、TPPA及SYP的灵敏度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值均高于TRUST检测方式(P<0.05)。结论四种检测方式各有优势,其适用范围及特点各有不同,需要根据患者的实际情况,选择适宜的检测方式,确保诊断结果的准确性,为后续治疗提供有利的参考。Objective To explore the application effect of four syphilis detection methods in syphilis antibody uncertainty sample detection.Methods 180 syphilis antibody test cases from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study object,Four syphilis detection methods were used to test the syphilis antibody in the sera of the patients,including the toluidine red unheated serum test(trust),Treponema pallidum enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(TP-ELISA),Treponema pallidum antibody gelatin particle agglutination test(TPPA)and Treponema pallidum colloidal gold test(SYP),Among them,78 syphilis patients were included in the observation group,and 80 syphilis patients were included in the control group.Results The results showed that there was no significant difference in the positive and negative numbers of trust,TP-ELISA,TPPA and SYP(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the specificity of trust,TP-ELISA,TPPA and SYP(P>0.05);the sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of TP-ELISA,TPPA and SYP were higher than that of trust(P<0.05).Conclusion Each of the four detection methods has its own advantages,and its application scope and characteristics are different.It is necessary to select the appropriate detection method according to the actual situation of the patients to ensure the accuracy of the diagnosis results and provide a favorable reference for the follow-up treatment.
