摘　　要：济南海关辖区2017-2018年出国劳务人员数量每年维持在2万人左右。出国劳务人员是多种传染病的易感人群,由于防治传染病知识匮乏,特别是疟疾等虫媒传染病尤为突出,不仅危害自身健康,也增加了输入性的风险,山东输入性疟疾防控形势不容乐观。本文对2017-2018年来济南关区出国劳务人员情况尤其是赴非洲劳务人员情况进行分析,结合出国劳务人员输入性疟疾风险评估,为出国劳务人员“防疟”及山东省“消疟”工程提供参考和指导依据。In recent two years,the number of overseas labor service personnel in Jinan customs area has been maintained at about 20,000 every year.Labor workers abroad are susceptible to a variety of infectious diseases.Due to the lack of knowledge on the prevention and control of infectious diseases,especially malaria and other insect borne infectious diseases,this not only harms their own health,but also increases the risk of import.The situation of imported malaria prevention and control in Shandong is not optimistic.Based on the analysis of the situation of labor workers abroad in Jinan customs area in recent two years and the situation of labor workers abroad going to Africa,combined with the risk assessment of imported malaria of labor workers abroad,this paper provides reference and guidance for the“malaria prevention”project of labor workers abroad and the“malaria elimination”project in Shandong Province.
